Welcome to Advance Hope Women’s Weekend.
Arrival: Check-in starts at 5 PM on Friday, January 26th.
5:15 – 6:15 PM – Soup and Sandwich Dinner Social (available as you come)
6:30 PM – Session 1 in Glacier Lodge Meeting Room
Departure: Sunday, January 28th, at 2 PM.
All rooms include two queen beds/full bath (linens included) and will be double occupancy. We recommend you come with a friend and state your roommate on the check-out form. If you don’t have a preferred roommate we will assign you one.
Note: Saturday evening will include a Pajama Party, so come prepared to wear your comfy and FUN PJs.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 11:59 PM, January 15th will receive a full refund. Refunds after January 15th will receive a reduced refund with fees of $50 deducted. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after January 22nd.
Payment Plan & Policy: $50 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve your seat. A payment plan administration fee of $10 will be added to your total due for registration with a final payment of $125 by January 19th, 2024, or Pay in Full now. An email confirmation will be sent with future payment instructions.
If Advance Hope Ministries cancels this event for any reason, the full ticket price will be refunded to you.
