Welcome to Advance Hope Women’s Weekend.
Arrival: Check-in starts at 5 PM on Friday, January 30th.
5:30 – 6:30 PM – Soup and Sandwich Dinner Social (available as you come)
7 PM – Session 1 in Glacier Lodge Meeting Room
Departure: Sunday, February 1st, at 12:30pm
These rooms are dorm-style and located in the Teakettle Lodge. Each room has a queen bed and several bunks with bathroom facilities in the hall. We are limiting room size to 3-4 women per room. Please note: you must bring your own bedding as linens are NOT included in the Teakettle Lodge. Also, note on your registration if you have a preferred roommate and if you prefer a queen bed or a lower bunk and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Note: Saturday evening will include a Pajama Party so come prepared to change into comfy clothes for our evening activities.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 11:59 PM, January 19th will receive a full refund. Refunds after January 19th will receive a reduced refund with fees of $50 deducted. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after January 26th.
Payment Plan & Policy: $50 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve your seat. A payment plan administration fee of $10 will be added to your total due for registration with a final payment of $145 (Glacier Lodge) and $105 (Teakettle Lodge) by January 20th, 2026, or Pay in Full now. An email confirmation will be sent with future payment instructions.
If Advance Hope Ministries cancels this event for any reason, the full ticket price will be refunded to you.
