Welcome to Advance Hope Women’s Weekend.

Arrival: Check-in starts at 5 PM on Friday, January 31st.
5:30 – 6:30 PM – Soup and Sandwich Dinner Social (available as you come)
7 PM – Session 1 in Glacier Lodge Meeting Room

Departure: Sunday, February 2nd, at noon.

All rooms in Glacier Lodge include two queen beds/full bath (linens included) and will be double occupancy.  We recommend you come with a friend and state your roommate on the check-out form. If you don’t have a preferred roommate we will assign you one.

Note: Saturday evening will include a relaxed and fun Pajama Party, so come prepared to wear your comfy PJs.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received by 11:59 PM, January 19th will receive a full refund. Refunds after January 19th will receive a reduced refund with fees of $50 deducted. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after January 26th.

Payment Plan & Policy:  $50 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve your seat.  A payment plan administration fee of $10 will be added to your total due for registration with a final payment of $145 (Glacier Lodge) and $105 (Teakettle Lodge) by January 20th, 2025. An email confirmation will be sent with future payment instructions.

If Advance Hope Ministries cancels this event for any reason, the full ticket price will be refunded to you.
